a. The rental price of a house is made up as follows:

  • The total rent is the amount you pay monthly.
  • This amount is the total costs of the basic rent and all service costs.
  • The basic rent is the amount for the use of the house, without service costs.
  • In the offer overview you will find the basic rent with the advertisements of the homes.

b. This has to do with the rules of appropriate allocation.

c. If you click on the advertisement, you will see all information under ‘construction rental price’.

By service costs we mean fixed costs for, for example, sewer maintenance, glass fund, caretaker and cleaning costs.
The subsidised service costs are the part of the service costs that you are allowed to declare to the tax authorities for the rent allowance.
