B. Purposes of the data processing

a) Housing mediation
The primary purpose of data processing is to provide housing mediation services. By housing mediation we mean the entire process from registering as a home seeker to accepting a home. This process also includes elements such as responding to housing, offering housing and answering questions and handling complaints about the process of housing mediation by Fynancr Housing.
The processing of personal data is necessary to enable searching and finding a home and to achieve a good match between your housing demand and the housing supply. The rules and agreements applicable in your region about the division of living space are leading in this regard.
In the context of housing mediation, we process the data necessary to establish a match. You provide this information when you register or when you update your own registration profile.
b) It’s about:
– data necessary to identify you (for example, your name);
– information about your registration (for example, status of your registration, registration date, changes in data);
– contact details (e. g. address, telephone number, email address);
– information on the basis of which you can respond to suitable housing (for example, household size and composition, age, aggregate income, emergency arrangement, indications, current living situation and housing wishes);
– your current and historical reactions to homes;
– information about any additional services provided by corporations, Fynancr Housing (for example, information and answers to questions via direct contact).
c) Accountability, research and service improvement
Fynancr Housing can use your personal data for accountability (reports), for research into the functioning of the agreements on housing allocation, or research to improve services. The legal basis for this is the representation of the legitimate interest. Fynancr Housing carry out this research themselves.
